Veneered chipboard (a wood chipboard) - is a product of hot pressing of wood waste from the production of chips and sawdust mixed with synthetic formaldehyde resins + veneering on one or 2 sides. The advantages of faced chipboards compared to other materials are their relatively good water resistance, durability, and ease of processing. The veneered chipboard is well sawn, planed, drilled, and milled, as well as glued and painted. The biggest advantage of the faced chipboard is that such a veneered board has the lowest cost among similar board materials. Sanded chipboard of the first grade with a fine-structured surface and E-1 formaldehyde emission is used for furniture production and interior decoration.
